If you’re struggling right now

However heavy things feel, you matter, and this moment can pass. You can talk to someone confidentially today — no judgement, no shame. Find your country below and reach out.

If you’re worried about someone

Checking in can save a life. You don’t need the perfect words — just ask honestly, listen without rushing to fix, and stay with them. These services can guide you on how to help.

In many Caribbean families we’re taught to “tough it out,” keep things private, or pray it away. Faith and family are real strengths — and so is talking to someone trained to help. Asking for support doesn’t make you weak, or any less of who you are. It’s how we keep ourselves, and each other, well.
